More Morgan

We got home from a friend's and as soon as we pulled Morgan out of her car seat she went straight to the books. It's all about priorities I guess.

Christmas Time

Well school is officially over for me - FOREVER! I am now a BYU Graduate. It hasn't really sunk in I don't think, but maybe it will when David has homework and class and I don't. Now I am just enjoying my 2 mornings of work a week and the smell of our beautiful Christmas tree :) And at last I am done (except for one) with my Christmas decoration projects. It has been fun.

The only thing I "made" in this is the vase of beans -
white, green split peas, and red kidney - Christmas colors :)

This is our gummy bear house we made at the Zabriskie's. We weren't as brave as them with their tower and 2-story but we (I think mostly me) are proud of our house and landscape! The gummy bears all playing in the snow in the front yard.

Hope you are all enjoying the Christmas Season as much as we are!

Good in the Bad

The house is a mess, the sink is full of dirty dishes, clothes are waiting to be folded, and dinner needs to be made, but the couch feels way too good to abandon. And through it all Morgan is still just as cute as ever.

These brown flowers I made from brown lunch bags and then
the hand prints are David's, mine, and Morgan

Boogey Woogey

Morgan is really into dancing. Anytime she hears a song or music from even an opening to a show to breaks it down

Artsy Attempts

I have found a new interest in pinterest.com. There are a ton of great craft ideas for any time and holiday or seasonal time, as well as good-looking recipes (which I intend on trying this month). So I have been adding some of these crafts into our house... and am really looking forward to doing more!

This one needs a little work. I might need to outline the letters in black to make them standout. And I think the curtain rod would look better spray painted.

And here it is above Morgan's bed

This project was super easy. I collected some dead leaves from the front yard and taped them to white paper and put in the frames which previously held our engagement pictures.
